1、原理：采用特定的熱輻射加熱控溫模塊，實(shí)現(xiàn)定向加熱，其他地方不加熱，從而減少了一部分能耗，不同產(chǎn)品可節(jié)能約20-40%。（優(yōu)勢(shì)一：節(jié)能）
2、新設(shè)計(jì)的固化爐采用熱輻射加熱控溫模塊，不需要傳熱介質(zhì)，由內(nèi)到外滲透性加熱，直接輻射到產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部，升溫快，達(dá)到合適溫度只需2-3分鐘，生產(chǎn)流程上可以減少時(shí)間、提高了單位時(shí)間產(chǎn)能。（優(yōu)勢(shì)二：提高效率）
3、隧道爐的設(shè)計(jì)功率也有減少，首先我們會(huì)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品情況及產(chǎn)能，計(jì)算出需要的功率，熱輻射法隧道爐的加熱功率與循環(huán)風(fēng)加熱方式比較可以減少大約30%，這樣生產(chǎn)線配套的主電纜也可以相應(yīng)減低（由于減少了負(fù)載功率量，也就是說同樣大小的主電纜線，配電柜可以多帶幾臺(tái)其他設(shè)備）（優(yōu)勢(shì)三：節(jié)省開支）

1. Principle: By utilizing specific heat radiation heating and temperature control modules, directional heating is achieved without heating unnecessary areas, thus reducing energy consumption. Different products can save approximately 20-40% in energy. (Advantage One: Energy Efficiency)
2. The newly designed curing oven employs heat radiation heating and temperature control modules, eliminating the need for heat transfer media. Heat is directly radiated into the product, resulting in fast temperature rise. 3. The design power of the tunnel oven can also be reduced. Based on the specifics of the product and production capacity, we calculate the required power. Compared to the circulating air heating method, the heating power of a heat radiation tunnel oven can be reduced by approximately 30%, allowing for a corresponding reduction in the main cables used in the production line (as the load power decreases, the same size of main cable can support more equipment). 4. Our company independently designs temperature control modules with PID algorithms for precise temperature control. These modules are equipped with multiple temperature measurement channels, multi-point monitoring, and an independent over-temperature power-off alarm system to ensure accurate temperature control. Control accuracy is ±0.1 degrees: When the operating temperature ranges from room temperature to 150 degrees Celsius, the overall temperature uniformity within the oven can reach ±1 degree. 例如：我公司給云南某公司制造的一臺(tái)規(guī)格：6米長(zhǎng)*1.8寬的儲(chǔ)能電池端子膠固化爐， 以前發(fā)熱管功率配35KW，現(xiàn)在配18KW，功率大幅減少，對(duì)電器、電纜的功率要求也大幅度減少，這方面給用戶可以節(jié)省不少開支；
之前的開機(jī)升溫時(shí)間是20-30分鐘，現(xiàn)在是2-3分鐘就可以作業(yè)；

我公司自主設(shè)計(jì)的加熱控溫模塊，定向加熱電池端子膠附件的部分，對(duì)電池的其他部分不加熱，只有少量的熱傳導(dǎo)，精確控制固化溫度，在固化時(shí)間相同，對(duì)比我公司上一代的熱風(fēng)循環(huán)法固化爐，單位產(chǎn)量能耗減少了20-30%。
