本機(jī)是新上稱重灌裝機(jī)，自動化程度高，生產(chǎn)能力強(qiáng)，灌裝精度高。
1、本機(jī)采用可編程控制器（PLC）、觸摸屏、稱重儀表進(jìn)行控制，使用調(diào)節(jié)方便。
2、桶形更換調(diào)整方便、快捷。在觸摸屏中可進(jìn)行校秤、灌裝參數(shù)設(shè)定、灌裝量調(diào)整并具有規(guī)格參數(shù)記憶功能。
3、光電傳感器、接近開關(guān)等采用的都是的傳感元件，做到無瓶不灌裝，缺瓶堵瓶主機(jī)會自動停機(jī)報警。
4、灌裝頭采用雙速灌裝，具有下潛灌裝和真空回吸功能，灌裝過程不滴漏。料箱采用液位控制，自動泵供料。
5、整機(jī)按GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求制作，各管路連接采用快裝方式，拆卸清洗方便快捷，與物料接觸部位、外露部位均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造。整機(jī)安全、環(huán)保、衛(wèi)生、美觀、能適應(yīng)各種不同環(huán)境的工作。
Major characteristics
This machine is the newest weighing style rotary filling machine .It is characterized by large productivity, high automation,weighing filling and high precision.
1.This machine adopts PLC and touch screen control panel, which is convenient to adjust.
2.Each filling head has the weighing and feedback system.Each filling head can be regulated and micro adjusted.
3.Photoelectric sensor ,approximate switch and other electrics elements are the international famous brand. NO bottle no filling,the main host will trigger the alarm if there is any container blocked or lacked.
4.The filling head uses double-speed filling style. It can dive deep into the bottom of bottle to avoid foam and dripping. The storage tank is controlled by liquid level and supplied by automatic pump.
4.The whole machine reaches GMP standard .It is easy to disassemble ,clean and maintain, and the parts which contact with the filling materials are made of high quality stainless .The whole machine is safe ,environmental and sanitary steel .It can adapts to various of working conditions.
