【產(chǎn)品原文引用】The average residual amount of ZEA in the intestine of fish was carried out using an ELISA kit from Shanghai Jinma Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), following the instructions described by the manufacturer. The carry-over assessment was expressed using a transfer factor (TF, feed to the intestine). TF was calculated from the formula: level of ZEA in intestine/level of ZEA in feed x 100%.
